For this night, the Ibero-American Institute of Finland has organized a program of dramatized readings based on suspense stories by Scandinavian authors compiled in the work Nieve negra (Black Snow). A suitably mysterious atmosphere will be created for the reading, with the only illumination being candlelight. Everything will be kept shrouded in darkness and the senses will be focused on the voice telling the story. This Finnish institute aims to encourage reading among those who come to its headquarters on La noche en blanco, and offer them a precious gift that will mature over time: a passion for literature. Finland is has one of the highest ratios of bookstores per inhabitant in the world and its first-rate library system actively encourages good reading habits among its citizens.

Réplika Teatro is a company founded in 2001 by Socorro Anadon and Jaroslaw Bielski, as well as a physical theater and an acting school.
